“Isolation and dissatisfaction seep through Thomas’ teeth, but they are delivered through infectious melody that is as contagious as it is toxic” – Happy
Melbourne three-piece scuzz rockers, Claws & Organs unveil their latest efforts in the form of a new single, ‘Alphabetti Spaghetti’. The band spent this year wowing audiences across the country with their raw and energetic performance, sharing stages with acts such as Adalita and DZ Deathrays.
‘Alphabetti Spaghetti’ is dark shoegaze-inspired with themes of isolation, angst and trying to find your place in the world. Recorded at Head Gap Studios with long-time producer, Neil Thomason, the song sees Heather Thomas’ sultry vocals wrapped around an infectious melody, driving bassline and pulsing drums. The song builds into a chorus that you gotta get outta your head.
Claws & Organs launch ‘Alphabetti Spaghetti’ on September 4th at The Old Bar and will be available as a double A-side 7” via LISTEN Records.
